Received this machine as a birthday present twelve months ago. It is quick to heat up and super easy to use, no mess and makes a good coffee. I buy the Americano pods with 16 pods in a box and froth my own milk using a $25 Aldi frother. I use it regularly and it has been rock solid. Strength of coffee is adjusted very easily using a volume wheel at the top. A light illuminates the coffee and is a smart addition. The cup base can be slotted in lower or higher depending on the height of the cup, and it has a drain in it. The best thing is that my large travel mug fits underneath the dispenser (but I have to remove the base completely).
