[ELECTRIC COOKER] Avancer SmartChef ThermoCook

I'm one of those people who love watching cooking show and buying cookbooks by famous chefs, but hardly put it in practice as I hate cleaning up all the appliances and utensils afterwards. Well, this unit sort of does most of the cooking prep as well as the actual cooking. And once its done, I can just put enough water to cover the blade and few drops of detergent, blitz it using the turbo functio n and it's clean. I can also set the timer and while its doing the job, I can attend to my 10 month old baby or doing other chores until it beeps. One drawback is the jug tend to have burnt mark on the same spots when sautéing onions, even when I reduce the temperature as suggested and scrape the onion off the wall of the jug..

Before I purchased this unit I read a lot of reviews on other thermocooker like thermochef, bellini, superchef and the mighty thermomix, all of them cost more, especially thermomix! I can honestly say I'm very happy with my decision and have been using it almost every day since I bought it. Definitely Money well spent.
